By placing an order on the Website, you declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we discover that you are not of legal age to order certain goods, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Wigglecy provides the Website on an 'as is' basis and does not warrant that the functions contained in and the material on the Website will be uninterrupted, or error or defect free, or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs. Further Wiggle does not represent the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials on the Website.

In addition, Wigglecy makes no (and disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express of implied, with respect to the Website or the information or content included on it.

This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights in relation to the provision of goods .

Use of Wiggle. 

Wigglecy will not be liable for any use of the Website (including any ordering of products) that results in:

losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made;

losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier;

business losses and/or losses to non consumers.

We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for:

(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party, such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within the Website.

Returns and Refunds.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 21 days of your purchase, if 21 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@wigglecy.com and we will direct you on next steps.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards

  • Lingerie

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

​

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@wigglecy.com

Shipping

​

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. You must contact us first and we will provide next steps. 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If sending an item back please provide the tracking number of the item to us through info@wigglecy.com
