1/ Payment and Delivery
What are my payment options?
We accept payment online only. All standard credit and debit cards can be used at checkout. We do not offer cash on arrival at this point of time.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer multiple delivery options to suit your lifestyle and location. Get your purchases delivered to your door or to a local pick up location with ACS Delivery.
For orders outside of Cyprus, parcels are shipped with Cyprus Post (Tracked)
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently only deliver to Cyprus, and almost all European Countries. We do not deliver to Northern Cyprus but can ship to the closest ACS point near the boarder.
Is your packaging discreet?
Discretion is our middle name. We deliver in plain packaging with no identifying marks or logos on the box.
Can I track my order?
All shipping methods are provided with a tracking ID number either for ACS or Cyprus Post. For Customers which contact us for hand delivery no tracking code will be provided. (we only offer hand delivery in Cyprus for orders over €300)
How do I get free delivery?
Spend over €50.00 and you’ll get free delivery to an ACS collection point. Or Spend €104.99 and get free delivery to your door. (within city option)
Spend €204.99 and get free delivery to your door. (outside city option)

For the Rest of Europe orders spend over €200 for free delivery.
How long does delivery take?
ACS deliveries to your door can take from 2-4 working days depending on location.

ACS deliveries to ACS pick up locations can take between 12-36hours. (we do not ship to ACS lockers at this time)
​
Delivery to countries outside of Cyprus can take between 6-10 working days.
2/ Returns
How do I return an item?
We have a 21 day return policy so if your purchase didn’t add any Wiggle to your life, let us know. Lingerie, Lube and Cleaning Products, Toys and Wellness products must be unopened, unused and unworn with the tags intact and in the original packaging to be considered for refund.
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges on items at this time.

My toy is not working:
If your toy isn’t working, we recommend checking a few things as first step:
- Try new batteries - replace the batteries and it might come back to life.

- Are you using the right type of batteries? Different toys use different types of batteries and a different number of batteries so double check that too.

- Are the batteries in the right way? Sometimes it’s as simple as flipping the batteries round to restart your toy.
​
- Is your toy rechargeable? If your toy is rechargeable, make sure it is charged. Some toys can take several hours to charge so double check individual product instructions.
